We’re looking for a confident communicator with marketing and project management experience to manage website development and digital marketing projects. You must be willing to go the extra mile for our clients, guide the team to meet project due dates, and ensure our clients' brands are accurately represented.

Your role would involve communicating innovative branding and digital strategies to our clients. Furthermore, you will work with our team of creative digital marketers to solve client needs by providing strategic marketing solutions. You will be supported by an agency of in-house marketing professionals whose skills represent all necessary components of developing and delivering the most effective digital marketing products available.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum 3 years in an project management role working directly with client-side decision makers and/or stakeholders
• Ability to manage day-to-day aspects of project and scope, within budget
• Entrepreneurial mindset supported by ability to take the initiative, anticipate challenges, and proactively enact solutions
• Eagerness to grow accounts through upgrading clients into additional services
• Strong sales/phone skills, ability to overcome objections, and confidence handling rejection
• Ability to demonstrate both flexibility and creativity in problem solving, as well as comfort using critical thinking to investigate challenging situations
• Mentality of a self-disciplined, active learner with a positive attitude
• Eagerness to support a team and work in a collaborative environment
• Experience managing digital marketing projects successfully
• Ability to work independently and be held accountable for results
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to quickly establish rapport
• A strong focus and track record of empathy, customer service, and maintaining relationships

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for website and digital marketing clients
• Utilize your determination and relationship-building aptitude to maximize outcomes for your assigned clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive profitable growth and client satisfaction
• Create website project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress on all client projects while delivering high quality work within scope
• Effectively communicate with clients to uncover their challenges, triumphs, and goals as well as manage client expectations
• Translate client needs to internal subject matter experts to ensure ultimate success across all services in the client portfolio
• Conduct regular telephone/video calls to check in with clients on goals via Project Kickoff meetings and regularly scheduled check-ins
• Possible travel to national tradeshows/occasional in-person client visits
• Performs general office and business-related tasks such as corresponding via email, answering and making telephone calls, communicating with coworkers, and participating in general office duties in a professional, timely, and positive manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
